Funny Story

This weekend, we went to the Boss Hoss Rally in Paris, TN. It was really fun. Maybe too much fun! When we got home, my Mom called to see if we had a good time. I answered the phone and Megan answered the kitchen phone right after.

Grandmom: Hi Megan. Did you have a good time?
Megan: Hi Grandmom. Yes. It was so much fun. We went camping and the police came and ….

After Megan’s ramblings, I was quick to clarify. “Camping” meant roasting marshmallows on a fire, and the “Police” was just the Park Ranger telling us to keep it down. It is so dark out there that you honestly forget that you are not alone.

Leave it to Megan to remember that part best!
